Support/troubleshoot various educational and communication technology i.e. Turnitin, Zoom, Office 365 products, VoiceThread, Qualtrics, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Connect, Poll Everywhere, RPNow, Respondus, Examsoft, Adobe PDF, Shadow Health, Late Nite Labs, etc. The Course Support Specialist will provide support to faculty in the areas of curriculum delivery and course support, which includes syllabi construction, coordination of coursematerials, textbook orders, course evaluations, and technological troubleshooting.
