Oversee and be responsible for the organization, administration, instruction, program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, curriculum planning and development, textbook selection, identification of resources, supervise EMS faculty/staff, maintain compliance with TBR policies, MSCC policies, Tennessee EMS Board, maintaining CAAHEP accreditation, SACSCOC accreditation, and general effectiveness of the program; Participate in EMS Program budget development and preparation; Coordinate clinical laboratory experience. Strong organizational skills, computer skills, to include database management, word processing, creating spreadsheets, email, and the internet.
