Primary Responsibilities Teach across the DNP-FNP course curriculum Partner with the FNP Program Director to lead clinical education, student evaluation, progression and remediation, accreditation compliance, and program quality Collaborate with School of Health and Nursing support staff to oversee supervised clinical practice experiences, including student placements, schedules, onboarding, affiliation agreements, compliance, and operational workflows Develop and maintain clinical partnerships with healthcare systems, community clinics, and preceptors Monitor clinical sites, preceptor qualifications, and student learning experiences to ensure quality and compliance Collaborate with faculty to align curriculum, competencies, and experiential learning outcomes Serve as the primary liaison with external clinical partners and support broader School of Health interprofessional and placement initiatives Participate fully as a faculty member through advising, faculty meetings, curriculum review, accreditation reporting, assessment, program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and shared governance Teach in classes that are offered primarily during weekdays, with occasional evening responsibilities.
