Coordinator is also responsible for managing/facilitating specific Patient Access Systems across the network including setting/resetting passwords, notification of system down times and issues, and serves as a liaison with vendor leaders, including coordination of training, serving as a super-user, identifying and communicating changes in workflow as needed, supporting downtime procedures, and facilitating network communication as needed and appropriate. Develops and maintains online manual outlining procedures and protocols associated with scheduling functions to ensure scheduling accuracy 95% of the time as noted by providers, Administrative Director and customers we serve including but not limited to daily edits in EPIC at direction of manager/supervision • Manage information systems for the department.
