This role manages digital inquiries, nurtures leads, and communicates SHAWOOD’s premium product value through personalized interactions. It collaborates with sales teams, marketing, and community operations to maintain up-to-date knowledge and ensure customers receive consistent, brand-aligned information. This position contributes to sales success by creating meaningful connections that drive qualified appointments and support overall conversion goals. Primary Responsibilities<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Respond to online inquiries, calls, and digital leads with timely, accurate, and brand-aligned communication.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Guide prospective buyers through initial discovery conversations, highlighting SHAWOOD design philosophy, product features, and community offerings.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, purchase readiness, and fit across available SHAWOOD homes and communities.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Schedule appointments, tours, or consultations with onsite SHAWOOD sales ambassadors.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Maintain accuracy of customer interactions, notes, and lead progression within CRM systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Collaborate with marketing, sales, and community teams to ensure digital information, pricing, timelines, and availability remain current.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Analyze lead activity and identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and follow-up strategies.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Resolve difficult customer questions or situations by applying knowledge of SHAWOOD products and homebuilding processes.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Support team members by sharing best practices and assisting with routine digital communication tasks.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Uphold SHAWOOD brand standards through elevated service, detailed communication, and product expertise.</li></ul> Education & ExperienceRequired:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">A Real Estate License is required. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales, customer engagement, real estate, or a similar role.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Experience responding to digital inquiries and guiding customers through early buying stages.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Hybrid position: Must be able to work from home on weekends and in-office other scheduled days.</li></ul> Preferred:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Experience in luxury residential sales, architectural product education, or premium customer service environments.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Proficiency with CRM tools, online listing platforms, and digital communication systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Experience supporting high-end or brand-driven customer engagement processes.</li></ul>Skills & Competencies<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Strong digital communication and customer engagement skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Broad knowledge of online sales processes, lead management, and customer qualification.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to resolve difficult questions using product knowledge and analytical thinking.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">High attention to detail and consistency in CRM updates and follow-through.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and community operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries at once.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to adapt communication style to a luxury customer audience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Problem-solving skills to address cross-functional or multi-area questions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ability to provide guidance to entry-level or new team members.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Commitment to maintaining SHAWOOD brand integrity in all interactions.</li></ul> Working ConditionsWork is performed primarily in a general office environment and one's home using computers, CRM systems, digital communication tools, and online platforms. Work hours may extend into evenings or weekends based on online traffic patterns.
