Those with experience in higher education, teaching higher education upper division courses, working with non-traditional student populations, and working with interdisciplinary studies programs will receive special consideration. A terminal degree with at least 18 graduate hours in organizational communication, English, higher education administration, industrial-organizational psychology, statistics, leadership, organizational development, or an interdisciplinary field from an accredited college or university is required by the appointment date.
