Support the transition from current roadmap tools and processes to Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Product Discovery, or other selected solutions, including current-state assessment, structure and workflow design, data preparation and migration, configuration support, process documentation, and ongoing administration. Coordinate release readiness across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales Marketing, GTM and other affected teams, ensuring owners, dependencies, communications and launch activities are aligned and tracked.
