Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated extensive technical civil engineering experience performing construction contracting for water resources construction projects; experience reviewing complex designs and specifications, developing and reviewing contract modifications, cost estimating, analyzing contractors costs, payroll documents, equipment, material and overhead costs, resolving contractors claims, and experience using various engineering software programs to prepare technical reports, drawings, designs, cost estimates, and project scheduling.
