The role partners with business leaders, enterprise AI governance stakeholders, Change Management, and Technology to evaluate current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, define future-state operating models, and determine where automation or AI-enabled workflows can improve speed, quality, consistency, controls, auditability, associate effectiveness, cost management, and long-term solution sustainability. The incumbent is expected to translate business problems into AI-enabled process solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, M365 Agent Builder solutions, ChatGPT-enabled workflows, prompt patterns, and reusable implementation playbooks.
