Responsibilities & Qualifications:
 RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Ensure technical alignment across legacy operations, site surveys, modernization, and modernized operations. </li><li>Review and refine base-specific designs to ensure coverage for mission elements, facilities, offices, communications spaces, and inter-building connectivity. </li><li>Ensure designs meet SLA-driven performance requirements while controlling cost. </li><li>Conduct continuous monitoring of deployed solutions to confirm adherence to configuration baselines, capacity targets, and operational performance standards. </li><li>Oversee Network Integration Laboratory activities for configuration development, validation, and burn-in prior to deployment. </li><li>Oversee Integrated Test Facility activities used for validating post-deployment configuration changes including STIG applications, IAVM updates, and approved Change Requests. </li><li>Maintain configuration baselines, golden configurations, and enterprise engineering standards. </li><li>Direct P1 and P2 technical escalations and coordinate technical restoration efforts. </li><li>Validate emergency changes to ensure compliance with engineering, security, and operational requirements. </li><li>Produce after-action reports, trend analyses, and engineering recommendations for PMO and operations teams. </li><li>Mentor shift leads and technical staff to ensure consistent engineering discipline and operational execution. </li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Seven (7) years of relevant experience </li><li>Advanced vendor certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE. </li><li>Experience developing or reviewing network designs in large, distributed enterprise environments. </li><li>Familiarity with STIGs, IAVM processes, compliance baselines, and RMF-related engineering controls. </li><li>Experience supporting Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL. </li><li>Experience leading integration lab activities including configuration, validation, burn-in, and pre-deployment testing. </li><li>Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance data, configuration drift, and root causes of operational issues. </li><li>Must have an active Secret clearance</li></ul>CERTIFICATIONS<ul><li>Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Service Management Design experience </li><li>DoD network modernization experience </li><li>RMF/ATO process knowledge </li><li>ITIL framework knowledge </li><li>Agile program management </li><li>Multi-site program coordination </li></ul>

Join us as a Regional Environmental Health & Safety Specialist, where you will be responsible for the promotion and maintenance of our environmental safety and health program, inclusive of wellness and security as it applies to employees' safety while performing work, as directed by the Regional Environmental Health and Safety Leader. What you will do: <ul><li>Assist with leading and coordinating safety process efforts in the commercial sales / service offices as directed by the Regional EHS Leader. </li><li>Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and jobsite visits with technicians at customer sites, both service and contracting. </li><li>Ensure all safety, occupational health and environmental related records are accurately maintained and in compliance with OSHA, DOT, provincial, state, or other regulatory agency rules and regulations and Trane procedures. </li><li>Implement Trane safety policies and procedures to be followed by company personnel. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. </li><li>Analyze safety data to coordinate the safety effort for continual improvement. Participate in department Lean processes including Regional EHS A3. </li><li>Assist in development and conduct annual safety training in assigned area offices, to include all regional employees </li><li>Conduct new-hire safety training in assigned areas. Support implementation and purchasing required PPE meeting Trane field standards, conduct in-person high-risk training and assign online training as determined by the business and regional training plan. </li><li>Ensure that regional training, Qualified Person, PPE and inspection databases are updated and maintained. </li><li>Participate on corporate teams as needed to assist in the development of safety policies and procedures. </li><li>Ensure safety and/or environmental invoices and purchase requisitions are processed in a timely manner. </li><li>Coordinate and lead the Safety Committees in assigned areas and complete action items in a timely manner. </li><li>Participate in investigation of injuries, near misses, incidents and accidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented and completed. </li><li>Utilize company EHS platform, Benchmark|Gensuite, as directed to assign and monitor inspections, concern and near miss reports, Action Tracking System items and generate various reports as directed. </li><li>Support review and mitigation of safety concerns through all business platforms, such as XOi, ProCore, etc. </li><li>Ensure inspections and audits are completed on a regular basis in assigned area offices. Assist inspectors in corrective actions and development of preventative measures. </li><li>Assist with overseeing the administration of workers' compensation program, including working with the insurance carrier and administering the return-to-work program. </li><li>Represent the organization in the community and / or industry safety groups and programs. </li><li>Assist in evaluation of contractors as part of the regional contractor qualification program. </li><li>Assist other Trane Technologies businesses, such as co-located Trane Supply stores, as needed and directed. </li><li>Covering the Regional geography with expectation to be with technicians on jobsites and rotate through the regional offices on a regular basis. Other times should be focused on administrative and regulatory paperwork or safety concern follow-up, while working in your base office. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 60% of the time - across the region </li></ul>What you will bring:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or Safety Sciences/Engineering, or related field preferred. </li><li>One or more safety-related professional certification is desired (i.e. CSP, CIH, CHSM). </li><li>A minimum 3 years of practical environmental health and safety management experience at a medium-large site preferred. </li><li>General knowledge of Cal-OSHA (preferred), EPA, MSHA, DOT </li><li>Experience in the interpretation of federal, provincial, state, local, environmental and safety standards. </li><li>Excellent time management skills and computer experience in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and EHS data management system (i.e. Gensuite). </li><li>Ability to motivate, engage and influence others. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written and verbal in English. Bilingual is an asset. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt well to face-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction and strategy. </li></ul>Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $84,740.00 - $118,860.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
