Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the shelter location, including entrances, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
