Education and/or Experience: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years related and verifiable work experience and are required to hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Production, Recording Arts, Audio Production, Audio Engineering and Music Technology, Music Composition, Music Education , Studio Music, Commercial Music, Media Writing and Production, Music Studio Composition, Musicology, Media Communications, Radio/TV Production, or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. The goal of the Music Production program is to provide students with the focused knowledge and understanding of music production technology and concepts needed to qualify for entry-level industry positions as independent songwriters and producers, multimedia music composers, digital music recording engineers, MIDI/digital audio workstation operators and programmers, music editors, music arrangers, game music composers, and a variety of other positions in the audio and entertainment industries.
