Frequent demands including but not limited to: Physical demands: perform manual labor outdoors in extreme temperatures for extended periods; talk and hear, stand, walk and travel, balance on two feet, reach with arms and hands; use fine motor skills (e.g., use computer keyboard, use of tools); bend, stoop, climb, kneel and crouch; lift and/or move 25+ pounds; work with hazardous materials with proper safety protection. Other duties as assigned including but not limited to, routine plumbing, replacing light bulbs, routine carpentry, electrical, and preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems.
