Own relationships, scopes, commercial performance, and service levels for recurring vendors, including janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste, recycling, composting, snow removal, window cleaning, security support, and location-specific services. The Manager directly supervises multiple direct reports; partners with Building Engineering on technical issues, outages, and integrated building response; and serves on HITT's emergency response team.
