Service includes managing contractors and suppliers per scope of work including but not limited to electrical, water systems, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, building automation systems, air, asset care, gases, sanitary systems, architectural, security systems, doors, and HEPA Filtration Systems. Supervisory role involves people management, decision-making, root cause analysis, inspections and audit readiness, communication, management of planning/scheduling and assignment, drive overall improvement of productivity.
