POSITION DESCRIPTION: The director provides leadership to central office administrators, building principals, school committee members, and district staff regarding the day-to-day and long-range management and oversight of district finances, facilities, food services, transportation, and human resources. 32.Administers the filing with the Massachusetts School Building Authority of all notices, votes, contracts, estimate forms, invoices, payrolls, and final certification papers required by that agency for interim, partial, and/or final reimbursement payments to be made to the towns of Gill and Montague against the cost of a building project.
