Maintain all facility systems and utilities including boilers, compressors, heat exchangers, sprinklers, gas piping, chillers, process water, HVAC, pest control, janitorial, alarm, sanitary and storm sewer systems, landscaping, snow removal, dock doors and levelers. Willing to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends and holidays, if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results and training opportunities.
