Complete all work orders assigned through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Building Engines/Net Facilities - to include interior/exterior painting, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting (interior/exterior), floor repair, pothole repair, snow and ice removal and other assorted repairs and inspections in a timely manner.
