The position is responsible for (1) monitoring and controlling professional accounting, budgeting and fiscal grant management services for various federal grants and governmental budgets; 2) establishing SABHRS accounting structures, developing internal accounting systems and controls for financial operations, budget reviews, and grant management; distributing funds to sub recipients; fiscal monitoring of sub grantees to ensure their fiscal compliance with federal laws, rules, and regulations, and individual provisions of each federal grant; and providing technical assistance and training to sub recipients; 3) supervising three grant accountants and three budget analysts 4) ensuring work performed by the unit is in compliance with applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
