Required Qualifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (AWHONN) certification; minimum of 2 years of obstetric nursing experience, including high-risk labor management; must have valid nursing licensure and be willing to work night shifts. Responsibilities: Managing labor and delivery for high-acuity obstetric patients, interpreting fetal monitoring strips, circulating in the operating room, performing cervical checks, supporting neonatal assessments, assisting with obstetric emergencies, and providing staff education and support.
