Perform nursing duties and tasks relevant to this position in compliance with all regulatory authorities and program protocols including, but not limited to, active and ongoing nursing assessments, charting, scheduling appointments, routine observations, isolation observations, wellness checks, immunizations, medication administration, and time internal reports, when needed. Ensure patient safety by assessing and monitoring health conditions, assist with procedures and operate medical equipment, administer vaccines, medications and treatments ordered by healthcare provider, monitor for side effects and reactions, and provide teaching to patients and staff.
