Responsibilities: The Patient Care Assistant Provides non-medical services, hands-on client contact including but not limited to: homemaking, helping with activities of daily living such as meal plan preparation, grooming, toileting, eating, dressing, reminding clients to take medications, and transportation in order to support client independence and safety so they may remain in their home. Cleaning living areas including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and sitting areas; includes the possible use of vacuum cleaners, brooms, general household cleaners, general household trash removal.
