They will administer medication, participate in interdisciplinary team process, assist in coordinating care for the individuals, and work closely with the medical doctors, psychologist, social worker, recreational therapist, dietician, and other professionals to assist the individual in meeting their maximum potential for independence and function while providing the best quality of life possible.
