Responsibilities of the position include conducting comprehensive follow-up assessments, providing healthcare staff with sepsis identification, assessment, and management education, actively participating in sepsis care and outcome improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate and detailed documentation in adherence to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
