This experienced individual contributor partners closely with Human Resources, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Information Security, IT, Employee Success, and business leaders to identify and resolve potential fraud indicators, including candidate identity concerns, falsified credentials, employment verification discrepancies, time or access misuse, policy violations, and other suspicious workforce activity. Develop training, guidance, and practical tools to help recruiters, HRBPs, managers, and cross-functional partners recognize fraud indicators, follow escalation protocols, and support secure workforce practices, including risk-designated recruiting and onboarding controls.
