Redeemer Health Care Center is a 119-bed, non-profit senior community that since 1946, has provided housing, health care, and community-based services to older generations and has helped residents live the lives that most inspire them. In this role, you will manage the clinical care of patients by collaborating with physicians and therapists, creating care plans, and assigning tasks to nurses and aides within a high acuity setting.
