Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Manager assumes 24-hour accountability and responsibility for assigned areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing care. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating departmental operations, programs, staff, and budgetary resources in support of EvergreenHealth's Mission, Vision, Values, Shared Leadership philosophy, and strategic priorities.
