The successful candidate will lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, business process improvement, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder alignment activities while partnering closely with Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver API-driven, microservices-based solutions that improve business outcomes and customer experience. Working closely with Product Leadership, Architecture, Engineering, Delivery, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities and technical solutions that support modernization and operational transformation.
