A mass appraisal designation: Kansas Registered Mass Appraiser (RMA), or International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE), Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES), Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS), Mass Appraisal Specialist (MAS), or an appraisal designation issued by the Appraisal Institute. Two (2) years of mass-appraisal experience including data collection, property valuation and appeals or three (3) years of experience in real estate appraisal, real estate management, real property insurance claims adjusting, real estate banking or a related field involving real estate and financing.
