Provide strategic oversight and management of complex reinsurance claims across multiple lines of business, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent resolution• Analyze and interpret treaty reinsurance contracts and provide coverage determinations• Exercise sound judgment in claim evaluation, coverage analysis, and reserving within delegated authority• Serve as a senior technical expert on reinsurance coverage, allocation, and claim strategy• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and senior leadership to evaluate emerging trends, portfolio exposures, and business impact• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, cedents, and external partners to support effective communication and claim outcomes• Conduct cedent audits to assess claim handling quality, contractual compliance, and operational effectiveness• Prepare and deliver high-quality analysis and reporting on large losses and key exposures, providing clear and actionable insights.
