You will do this by…<ul><li>Provide quotes and bind coverage for customers in a timely fashion.</li><li>Answer inbound customer inquiries on coverage limits, deductibles, etc. to customers.</li><li>Use different systems to verify the accuracy of the information received.</li><li>Assist existing customers with policy changes and other inquiries.</li><li>Make outbound calls to follow up on leads that have the probability to purchase policies.</li><li>Verify answers or questions with other departments, such as underwriting.</li></ul>What it Takes:<ul><li>6 months of related work experience or more</li><li>Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is required</li><li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency highly preferred</li></ul>What You'll Receive:At Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
