Proven track record delivering complex façades (mid/high-rise, healthcare, life sciences, cultural, higher ed, tech, or mission-critical) + Expertise in façade procurement, contracts, logistics, installation, performance testing, and commissioning + Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, change management, and vendor negotiations + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive results. + Partner with the General Superintendent and superintendents to coordinate field operations, sequencing, logistics, access, temporary works, and safety for façade and enclosure scopes + Develop, own, and maintain the façade and enclosure master plan, including WBS, schedule, and milestone alignment with the overall project plan.
