This role will focus on reviewing transactions and supporting documentation, identifying potential recovery opportunities, coordinating collection efforts, preparing evidence and case files for legal review, and working with the company’s Puerto Rico legal counsel to pursue appropriate recovery actions, including litigation when warranted. The Collection & Risk Mitigation Specialist will support the company’s efforts to recover financial losses, resolve outstanding obligations, investigate questionable sales practices, potentially problematic sales activities, or misconduct, and reduce financial and legal exposure in Puerto Rico.
