This role is critical for driving operational excellence, eliminating losses, and ensuring the successful lifecycle management of our products through a lean and technologically advanced approach. In this role you will be leading operational excellence in controls for our tide production line. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Champion and implement innovation strategies and initiatives within the Alexandria manufacturing facility, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage and safeguard intellectual property rights related to manufacturing processes and product designs originating from or utilized within the plant.</li><li>Drive Lean Innovation methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency and productivity.</li><li>Lead Loss Elimination efforts across all operational areas, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions.</li><li>Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced Machine Controls systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Direct the application of Manufacturing Applied Informatics to leverage data for informed decision-making, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.</li><li>Collaborate with Plant Engineering to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and the continuous improvement of infrastructure.</li><li>Oversee the Validation processes for new equipment, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Job QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in strong technical mastery in PC&IS technologies, including Continuous Process Control, Instruments, Control Logix PLCs, Safety PLCs, Wonderware, Motion Control, Vision Systems, Networks, Drives, Sensors</li><li>Proven experience in Innovation management within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong understanding and practical application of Intellectual Property principles.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in Lean Innovation and Loss Elimination methodologies.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Machine Controls and Manufacturing Applied Informatics.</li><li>Solid background in Plant Engineering and Process Control.</li><li>Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.</li><li>Exceptional skills in Successful Initiative Management and project leadership.</li><li>Ability to develop and execute a Tech Readiness Roadmap.</li><li>Proficiency in Validation processes and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>3+ years of relevant work experience</li><li>Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills</li><li>An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations</li></ul>Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
