This key leadership role is responsible for the overall success of dining operations across a complex, multi-site account, ensuring an elevated guest experience while driving operational excellence, requiring strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage multiple service environments seamlessly. This role oversees all foodservice-related activities, including retail operations, cafés, pantry programs, catering, food quality, sanitation, food safety, inventory management, and continuous quality improvement.
