Required: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field • Minimum of one year of relevant experience supporting financial systems and applications or experience in accounting or audit • Understanding of, or exposure to, accounting and financial reporting principles • Working knowledge of programming and scripting concepts (e.g., Python, SQL, C#, VB.NET, or similar) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Finance, and IT teams • Ability to work on-site five days per week at the corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
