<h3>Overview</h3><h3>About AnchorSix</h3><p>AnchorSix is a Utah-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers “Fractional Enterprise IT” for growing small-to-mid-market organizations.</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>Our vCIO practice translates business strategy into technology results, guiding clients through governance, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and digital transformation.</p><h3>About Our Perks, Compensation, & Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 - $130,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $112,000 - $155,000. </li><li>Medical, dental, vision, 401k program, and more</li><li>Paid time off, including seven (7) federal holidays plus two (2) flex holidays for DEI</li><li>Joining a rapidly growing organization</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Executive Advisory</strong>– Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and board-level presentations that translate technology metrics into business value.</li><li><strong>Roadmap & Budget Planning</strong>– Create and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps, capital/operational budgets, and investment justifications.</li><li><strong>Cybersecurity & Compliance</strong>– Assess posture against NIST CSF, CIS 18, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or CMMC (as applicable); coordinate remediation with AnchorSix SOC and client stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Cloud & Modern Workplace Strategy</strong>– Architect Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS adoption plans; guide migration and consolidation initiatives.</li><li><strong>Risk & Continuity Management</strong>– Maintain client risk registers, conduct BIA sessions, and align DR/BCP solutions to RTO/RPO requirements.</li><li><strong>Vendor & Contract Management</strong>– Evaluate, select, and negotiate with hardware, software, and telecom providers to optimize cost and performance.</li><li><strong>Service Delivery Governance</strong>– Review NOC/SOC and Help Desk metrics; ensure SLA compliance and initiate problem-management projects.</li><li><strong>Innovation & Change Leadership</strong>– Identify emerging technologies (AI/ML, zero-trust, XDR) and pilot solutions that drive competitive advantage.</li><li><strong>Thought Leadership & Mentoring</strong>– Contribute to AnchorSix knowledge base, mentor junior TAMs, and participate in community forums/webinars.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>4+ years in a client-facing vCIO, Technical Account Manager, or senior consultancy role at an MSP or other outsourced-IT provider</strong>.</li><li>Proven track record managing <strong>multiple simultaneous client portfolios</strong>(>$1 M annual recurring revenue combined).</li><li>Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystems, modern networking/security stacks, and ITIL-aligned service operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience building strategic IT plans, budgets, governance frameworks, and cybersecurity programs.</li><li>Executive-level communication skills—comfortable interfacing with C-suite, boards, and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the United States.</li></ul><h3>Certifications (one or more required)</h3><p>CISSP • CISM • CCSP • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect • ITIL 4 Managing Professional • PMP or PRINCE2• CompTia Sec+</p><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.</li><li>Experience aligning technology with highly regulated industries (healthcare, legal, finance, government).</li><li>Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA, Datto or similar RMM/PSA platforms.</li><li>Ability to scope and sell professional services or project work.</li></ul><h3>EEO Statement</h3><p>Trajector is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBTQ employer.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
