Maintains the Pharmacy area in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, utilizing equipment to perform a variety of merchandising functions, such as pricing merchandise, creating signs, verifying merchandise on-hand, arranging and organizing merchandise and supplies, identifying shrink and damages, ensuring a safe work environment, and completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation. Promotes and maintains the Pharmacys professional reputation and provides patients and members with pharmacy products and services in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and corporate policies and procedures by assisting the pharmacist in the prescription fulfillment process, processing third-party insurance claims and/or rejections, assisting patients and members with prescription orders and purchases, and completing, maintaining, and securing paperwork, forms, and other required documentation.
