The PSSR acts as the primary commercial owner of Sandvik's aftermarket Parts & Services business within assigned mining and industrial accounts, serving as the primary customer interface for parts, service, rebuilds, component exchange, lifecycle support, and other aftermarket growth opportunities. Success in this position requires strong customer engagement, disciplined opportunity management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities across the full Parts & Services portfolio, including consumables, components, rebuilds, service agreements, digital solutions, and lifecycle support offerings.
