Other + Supports the EMP with its events, talks, diversity and inclusion efforts and other projects as needed. + Designs and coordinates student-focused events to promote a sense of community and increase retention rates among current graduate students. Helps the program with other projects, where and when needed. + Creates and manages alumni engagement through social media, emails, and interviews. Assess alumni outcomes. + Develops and maintains procedural documents. + Servers as backup for the Senior Online Program Manager. + Attends and participates in EMP meetings, applicable program meetings, and cross-campus meetings. + Assists with special projects as assigned. What We Can Offer Starting salary for this position is $58,000 - $60,945. Relocation assistance is available within department guidelines. What We Require + Bachelor's degree. + One year of experience in advising, student services, or other relevant experience (i.e. program administration, marketing/communications, admissions, etc.). + An equivalent combination of education and experience can substitute on a year for year basis.
