As a result, the successful Learning Facilitator will need to possess a willingness and aptitude to effectively work in a fast-pace virtual enrollment (regardless of time zone or location) with students, faculty and staff positioned across multiple geographies. Must be familiar with business concepts including but not limited to managerial economics, leadership, finance, ethics, data analysis, innovation, organizational behavior, risk, operations, etc. and be willing to learn to be able to effectively assist students with course content.
