Volunteers will play a significant role in facilitating Ukraine’s ongoing efforts to deepen integration with European institutions by equipping parliamentary professionals with enhanced communication skills essential for effective diplomatic engagement, legislative cooperation, and international representation.Role Scope<ul><li>Teach one assigned level (A1–C1), based on your experience and student needs.</li><li>Engage adult learners in both general and business English (where relevant).</li><li>Use our LMS (itsLearning) to provide resources, feedback, and record track progress.</li><li>Conduct synchronous sessions at least twice a week (4h) using engaging methods.</li><li>Follow up on asynchronous tasks.</li><li>Support learners in building confidence and fluency in real-world contexts. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experienced and qualified English teacher.</li><li> Comfortable delivering both synchronous and asynchronous content.</li><li> Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity, especially in professional contexts.</li><li> Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.</li><li> Available for the full course duration (11 to 25 weeks, depending on teacher’s availability and course level).</li><li> Language teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is highly valued.</li><li> Reliable internet connection and comfort with online teaching platforms. </li></ul>At TEEI, we offer a range of exciting opportunities for volunteers to make a real impact. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Online orderfillers have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose just the right apple, or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers.
