As an alliance builder, the Legal Counsel will support outreach and coordination with allies focused on government, legislative, and policy issues, with a joint focus on both federal and state legislative efforts. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our team across a multi-entity corporate structure. This role will play a key part in managing contracts, supporting litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining corporate records across various subsidiaries.
