Specialized Experience includes but is not limited to: Medical experience, which one reviews documents in case files/medical records for completeness and accuracy; using a variety of legal or regulatory references for document verification; analyzes data obtained from documents such as claim forms, application forms, contracts, medical records, or other legal/medical documents in order to make determinations; research and respond to inquiries/questions; managing a diverse workforce and/or leading others, including planning and assigning work, project management, decision making, improving and controlling performance, human relations, and employee participation; managing and providing oversight in programs. Performs managerial duties which typically includes planning, communicating the organizations vision, goals and objectives, setting priorities, assigning tasks/responsibilities, monitoring/evaluating performance, coaching, developing employee capabilities, approving leave, recommending/approving corrective/disciplinary actions as appropriate.
