Corporate Paralegal Centric Infrastructure GroupCorporate ParalegalThe Woodlands, TexasExperience: · Ideal candidate will have experience: (i) drafting and negotiating contracts related to land developers, homebuilders and HOA’s; and (ii) handling contracts related to providing natural gas and fiber services to residential, commercial and IDS customers; · Further experience as a corporate paralegal, corporate record keeping, entity management and upkeep would be a plus. · When negotiating business contracts, must be able to coordinate (individually and in meetings) with cross functional teams (legal, business development, gas and fiber operations, finance, IT, etc.) and legal colleagues (data privacy, employment, alliance) to provide a comprehensive risk assessment and risk management related to the contracts being negotiated.
