Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive academic advisement to a portfolio of Online Master’s in AI in Business students
· Help assigned students to plan and map out their path to degree completion
· Participate in outreach efforts to re-enroll students each semester
· Monitor student progress in order to intervene, guide, and recommend solutions to academic difficulties
· Maintain current knowledge of prerequisites, graduation requirements, university procedures, policies, and other student services
· Collect retention-related student data for periodic reports
· Plan and execute events to build community throughout the program
· Create and update resources for AIB students
Job Function 1 (50%)
Advising: Provide comprehensive academic advisement to a portfolio of Online Master’s in AI in Business students. Due to the online nature of the program and the national/international student population, a flexible schedule will be required including days, evenings, and weekends.
Job Function 2 (30%)
Community Building & Support Programming: Plan and execute virtual events and programs to provide engagement opportunities and support for students.
