The position requires knowledge of food ingredient science, polysaccharide chemistry, dietary fiber, molecular microbiology, in vitro and in vivo evaluation of functional properties of food ingredients, gut microbiome and gut health, and analytical instrumentation is essential for this position. (TSU) is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to work as a Research Postdoctoral Fellow in a USDA-funded project in food ingredient science, dietary fiber, and gut microbiome.
