This role involves providing advanced nursing care to critically ill patients with diagnoses such as stroke, dialysis, head bleeds, ventriculo-peritoneal shunts, and neuro disorders requiring intensive monitoring and support. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with titratable drips such as Levophed, phenylephrine, versed, paralytics, heparin, insulin, nicardipine, vasopressors; ICU experience and familiarity with high acuity neuro patient care.
