This role will partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions built on modern workflow and case management platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, supporting Agile software delivery, and working with enterprise applications such as Pega Cloud, Salesforce, Power Platform, and customer workflow solutions.
