The purpose of this position is to operate and maintains the HVAC and mechanical equipment such as: computer controlled energy management systems, air compressors, diesel powered emergency generators, electrical motors, hot water boilers, and steam boilers to provide for utilities supplying heat, light, power, gas and domestic water for St. Ann's Community. Maintains power plant equipment to ensure proper working order as determined through diligent preventive maintenance proceduresEnsures that the SAH and Heritage boiler rooms and all mechanical spaces are kept neat, clean, and orderly.
